Returns & Refund
Can I return my order?
Yes you can. We dispatch each shipment after careful inspection. If you receive a
product in the any of the states listed below, please let us know within 10 days of
receipt at support@bondAndBell.com.
1. Wrong product delivered
2. Damaged products delivered
3. Missing products in the order
4. Expired products delivered
When will I get the refund for my order?
Yes, we refund all returned orders. We process your refund after your products are
received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments made through a credit or debit card, or via net banking, the refund
will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. For cash
on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer of the refund amount
against the billing details shared by you.
The refund always occurs within 7–14 business days of us receiving back the
products. It may take 2–3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your
account.
Replacement
Can I replace my product?
Yes you can. We provide replacement when you have received damaged, defective,
incomplete or incorrect order. All you need to do is write us at
support@bondAndBell.com with your order number and replacement request.
As soon as the complaint is validated by our team, we'll arrange for a pick-up of the
existing order, and simultaneously prepare for the dispatch of the replacement
product.
Cancellation
How can I cancel my order?
1. Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before delivery of the
order.
2. For the orders, where cancellation is applicable, a cancellation button will
be displayed on the order page. You can click on the cancel button to cancel
the order. Alternately you can email us at support@bondAndBel.com before
the order is dispatched.
3. For any cancelled order, refund will be processed in 7-14 business days to
your original source of payment.
